Where leadership is forged, not taught.
This isn’t a guided hunt or a passive experience. This is direct, experiential coaching designed to challenge how you think, lead, and operate under pressure. Working on-on-one with us, you’ll engage in real environments that expose patterns, build awareness, and develop the capacity to act with clarity when it matters most.
Transformation is uncomfortable.
[ darin, on coaching with clarity ]It carries a cost. Most people change when they finally realize the discomfort of growth is less expensive than the pain of staying the same. Clarity doesn’t mean you feel good. It means you understand what the discomfort is doing.
The mountain doesn’t care about your excuses, but it will reward your honesty. The horse doesn’t respond to your story - it responds to your congruence.
So I coach people to stop treating discomfort like an enemy and start treating it like instruction.
Not every hard thing is a warning. Sometimes it’s an initiation.
The Mountain Path
[ OUR COACHING PROCESS ]We believe the heart may be accessed not only through intuitive thought, but also through intuitive experience by working with the land, observing the primal patterns, crafting with intention, and engaging in grounded ritual.
The Level 7 High Terrain Mountain Path is designed as a three-part coaching progression, each stage building on to the last to develop awareness, skill, and ultimately, transformation earned through experience.
[ level one ]Preparation
Preparation is where the work begins. This phase focuses on building awareness, establishing baseline skills, and aligning how you show up.
Through intentional practice, foundational training, and mental readiness for your retreat or hunt, you develop the capacity to engage in what’s ahead.
[ level TWO ]Immersion
Immersion is where the work is lived. You’re placed in real environments where pressure, conditions, and responsibility require you to apply what you’ve built.
This phase challenges patterns, sharpens decision-making, and develops the ability to operate with presence and discipline.
[ level three ]Integration
Integration is where everything comes together. Through reflection and continued application, what was experienced becomes something you carry forward.
This phase solidifies clarity, reinforces ownership, and ensures the work translates beyond the environment into how you lead and operate daily.
[ origins ]What is Level 7?
Level 7 refers to a state of clarity and integration that comes from experience. It’s often described as transcendence - not as something abstract, but as the ability to remain present, aware, and effective under pressure. It represents the highest level in a progression, where understanding is no longer theoretical, but lived.
