Montana Leadership Immersion 2026

Three days. A working ranch. Real work. Real leadership.

The Experience

Level 7 High Terrain will host an immersive leadership experience on an operational ranch in Cameron, Montana from July 10-12, 2026. This is not a traditional retreat. Participants will step directly into the rhythm of ranch life - learning horsemanship, mule packing, livestock handling, cattle movement, and the full process of a professional branding operation alongside experienced ranchers, Special Operations veterans, and High Terrain facilitators.

The purpose is simple: develop leadership through real work. Over the course of the weekend, participants will navigate responsibility, teamwork, and decision-making in an environment that demands presence and accountability. Lodging will be in rustic wall tents on the property, with meals prepared over open fire and long days spent working the land. Registration is intentionally limited to maintain the integrity of the work and the environment.
